  • Assist the project team through baseline schedule development and maintenance;
  • Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open when working with team members to keep schedules up to date and accurate while keeping actual work assessment analysis top of mind;
  • Take pride in your ability to effectively review, interpret and update the construction schedules;
  • Effectively analyze schedule data and variances to identify and troubleshoot key project issues;
  • Team and client meetings are your thing – kick-off and support the project team with client schedule related meetings;
  • Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on our projects.  Effectively apply the requirements of the project specific safety standards to promote Pomerleau’s HS&E standards, applicable OH&S acts, regulations and codes with all employees and trade partners on the project

What YOU Will Bring

  • 5 + years’ scheduling experience in the ICI construction industry;
  • A construction related certificate, diploma or degree;
  • A proven track record of project scheduling, success and team collaboration;
  • Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, quality and cost control;
  • The ability to quickly identify schedule related problematic situations, identify possible causes, produce effective solutions and collaboratively work with a large team to successful completion;
  • A passion to develop, maintain and execute project schedules;
  • Good computer skills and previous experience with scheduling software;
  • Knowledge of the Toronto market and ability to work throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
