Scheduler – APEX- Job Vacancy in Montreal, Quebec, Canada

When preparing the schedule:

  • Learn about the characteristics and contractual conditions of the project.
  • Set up the various project schedules.
  • Develop the work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Participate in strategic project meetings.

 

When implementing the schedule:

  • Facilitate meetings regarding the schedule’s implementation.
  • Develop and drive the technical schedule with the various data emanating from the projects contractual conditions (milestones, administrative approvals, etc.) and the various stakeholders (professional teams, means and methods team, BIM team, cost estimating team, procurement team, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency of logical links.
  • Ensure that contractual deadlines are met.
  • Perform analyses, propose simulations and optimizations.
  • Identify the critical path(s) of the project.
  • Feed and extract data.
  • Write the hypothesis note and periodic planning reports.
  • Contribute to risk analysis.
  • Listen and search for information independently.
  • Develop 3-week planning tools.
  • Lead meetings with the work teams.
