Senior Analyst- Operational Excellence – Hybrid – Job Vacancy in Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist managers in identifying their respective challenges, and provide support through a continuous improvement process
• Promote collaboration with regards to strategic initiatives: follow up with responsible individuals, participate in workshops
• Assist managers in implementing systems, processes, procedures, work instructions, tools, etc.

• Take part in the implementation of ISO management systems
• Analyze the causes of non-conformities
• Take on a leadership role in Business Process Management (BPM)
• Develop dashboards and reports for the management team

Profile

• University diploma in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
• 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the field of continuous improvement
• Perfect bilingualism (English and French)
• Strong communication skills and ability to popularize information

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and sources of problems, and propose solutions
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of an ISO management system (e.g. 9001)
• Experience in business process management (definition, mapping, analysis and improvement)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Lean Six Sigma certification (an asset)
