As part of your daily tasks as an Accounts Payable Administrator you are responsible for: invoice review and entry, reconcile AP transactions, monitor accounts and statements to ensure accounts are kept current, correspond with vendors and respond to enquiries, assist with month-end closing.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma is required
  • A degree or university classes completed in accounting is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in an accounting capacity will go to the top of the list
  • Experienced in working with a current ERP system is an asset
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
