Key Responsibilities:

• Provide portal demos, training, and onboarding for new and existing customers.
• Onboarding will include working closely with both the client, and their Fuel Me Sales Rep, to ensure all aspects of their account are set up accurately.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to transition customer ownership once onboarded.
• Assist customers with any further set up and software navigation requests.
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product Development team to consistently better our product based on customer requests and concerns.
• Stay current and knowledgeable on new systems and technology updates.
• Achieve goals and expectations
• Follow all company procedures regarding the follow-up process
• Participate in departmental meetings as necessary
• Cross-train in other areas of the company to provide support as needed

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree desired. 4+ years of direct experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Tech savvy
• Requires outgoing, high-energy service-oriented disposition
• Actively participate in the execution of cross functional activities associated with sales, marketing, accounting, and operations
