Senior Project Coordinator – Infrastructure – Job Vacancy in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

As a Project Coordinator at Graham you will:

  • Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to updating schedules and budgets, maintaining cost control, monitoring labour material and equipment activities, and administrative duties on the project
  • Attend project meetings, record meeting minutes, present updates, and document action items and other pertinent project deliverables/decisions
  • Ensure that project site and company assets are secure and maintain a safe and respectful work environment at all times
  • Monitor project change management process, identify change events, submit change notices, track changes and optional changes in project scope, and present to the Project Manager when required
  • Provide timely progress reports to Project Manager
  • Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change orders
  • Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions
  • Conduct the Client Satisfaction Survey prior to project closeout
  • Assist with the review and coordination of project-specific safety plan
  • Maintain safety records and take responsibility for the development, implementation, and execution of the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP)
  • Monitor and measure HSE goals and expectations using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain QA/QC records
  • Ensure implementation of the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) on the project site by all project stakeholders
  • Review the Field Surveillance Reports (FSR) and initiate NCRs based on analysis and severity of findings

Qualifications/experience:

  • Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field experience is required
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Proficient using scheduling and project management software
