Quality Manager – Job Vacancy in Raleigh,North Carolina,United States of America
Main Accountabilities:
- Create the local plan for the Quality department (quality assurances, processes, certification ISO’s, procedure and policies for Quality control)
- Maintain full governance structure of Quality within Linxon Americas
- Perform audits for the unit, the projects and report them accordingly to our guideline
- Create and report all Key Performance indicators on a monthly basis
- Report all Non-Conformities per project and internal to our processes
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and ensure implementation of actions
- Monitor findings and closure of corrective actions within Linxon Americas
- Create per project all quality documentations required to support customer needs.
- Ensure Quality identification and controls are applied at all stages of the internal value chain
- Drive behavioral change to continuously improve Linxon Americas Quality through programs, initiatives and trainings as well as engage external / internal stakeholders in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment on Linxon’s Quality efforts
- Support local project tender team regarding Quality requirements
- Site support/supervision by means of auditing, inspections, and guidance to site Quality personnel
Challenges:
- 30% Travel requirement
- Combination of managerial and hands-on skills
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- University level education (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- 5 years of experience in Quality function ideally in the EPC environment
- Excellent knowledge of general Quality regulatory requirements
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken
- Americas experience a strong advantage
