  • As a successful candidate your starting rate of pay will be $19.30 per hour.

We have opportunities on our Operations Support Desk (OSD) Team at our Saint John, NB Corporate Office.  We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently our teams have the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

As a Level I, OSD you will provide exceptional service to the Wyndham franchise community and our internal customers.  In this position you are the first point of contact for WynPay, Brand Standards, MyPortal and MyRequest tool Navigation, rate parities, and margin inquiries as well as other requests such as tax changes, and Expedia refreshes. Ensuring properties are live on various Third Party websites by researching and analyzing issues and troubleshooting problems in the Central Reservation System (CRS) is one of the prime responsibilities of this role.  Your accurate and efficient support of all the information that describes each Wyndham branded hotel such as static data, standard rate plans, and room inventory will ensure we meet our service level agreements.

Reporting to an OSD Supervisor you will be empowered to demonstrate your proven one to two years of customer service experience and apply your strong time management and communication skills during your training and growth into the Level I OSD position. Your established computer navigation skills including outlook email, internet research, and multitasking using various screens and applications will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment.
