As an Job Cost Administrator at Graham, you will:

  • Enters leave type hours from HR onto spreadsheet for payroll.
  • Reviews and exports weekly timesheets.
  • Reviews and exports labor job cost transfers on a daily basis.
  • Follows up on problem labor job cost transfers using timesheet status report.
  • Manages the timekeep support mailbox.
  • Prepares labor job cost transfers for imaging.
  • Runs miscellaneous reports.
  • Uploads and posts labor hours exported from prior day.
  • Runs nightly revenue process.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
