Infrastructure Technologist- Job Vacancy in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada
You as an Jr. Infrastructure Technologist will:
- Champion the Enterprise Intelligence message to the business
- Image, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist in the installation of new software and basic end-user training
- Follow and maintain IT policies, documentation, and best practices guidelines
- Assist with onboarding new employees with IT-related concerns
- Maintain records within ServiceNow
- Coordinate IT services and support for jobsites
- Video conference supports – Teams, Zoom, WebEX, Google Meet…etc.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all hardware, software, and network problems reported, documenting problems and solutions as required.
Is this the right role for you?
- Recent graduate from a post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license, and vehicle (some travel require)
- CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certification could be an asset but not required.
