HR Coordinator- Operations – Job Vacancy in Bellevue, Washington, United States

As an HR Coordinator at Graham, you will:

  • Lead college recruitment, schedule career fairs, engage with local universities stakeholders to build long term, positive relationships
  • Facilitate Graham intern program, assess candidates for graduate opportunities
  • Actively participate in interviews for intern and new grad candidates
  • Maintain completeness and accuracy of employee files
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding
  • Verify and complete I-9 documents for all new hires
  • Guide employees through benefit enrollment
  • Assist with employee workplace issues that include culture and performance.
  • Project specific tasks and duties as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in HR.
  • Prior human resources experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Commitment to principles and practices related to confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
