Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support to the project team from preliminary design through construction
  • Communicate, coordinate, and work well within a team environment and with team members, consultants, and others as required
  • Work daily with team members to determine project needs and priorities
  • Assist in project development throughout the building design process, including programming, schematic design, and design development
  • Perform redline changes and revisions
  • Draft plans, elevations, and sections for new projects
  • Compile InDesign/other presentation, drawings, and documents
  • Execute Revit, Photoshop, and hand-sketched renderings
  • Provide creative and graphic support for printed material
  • Manage, document, organize, and file electronic and paper files, products, and materials
  • Responsibilities will include other tasks as required

Experience:

  • Drafting and rendering experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Presentation design and formatting with Adobe Creative Suites (photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of design software in Windows OS
  • Experience with visual and verbal design presentations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills imperative: detail oriented with good follow-through
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Experience using Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility and capability of working with multiple agendas (multi-tasking skills)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
